London Day 1
Après une 1ere nuit bien méritée en famille d’accueil, nous sommes partis à la découverte de LONDON 🇬🇧
le British Museum, Covent Garden, la Tate Modern et une balade très photogénique au bord de la Tamise
First day in London for the terminales !

The bus drove to the British museum in London early in the morning and we began the day with a short walk around the museum.
Then we entered in the museum and the students were free to visit it how ever they wanted until twelve o’clock.
Back to the walk after the visit, direction Covent Garden for the lunch time the students were free to explore the market and around it.
After the lunch we went to Tate modern museum one of the most famous and biggest art museum and we were free to visit it on our own again.
The final walk was on the edges of the tamise and we went to tower bridge then we saw the magnificent vue of London at sunset on that bridge to finish this exhausting but passioning day in London before going back to our host family.O

London Day 2

Tuesday 7th February,
3rd day of the stay and 2nd in London!
After spending the night with our families, we joined the bus at 7:30 am. The bus left at 7:40 am for a 1:15 hour drive to Greenwich. We visited the Royal Observatory where we could visit the astronaut’s apartment. These astronauts did research on time and meridians. In addition to, they also worked on the different schedules in the world. We continued the day by the maritime museum which told us the history of the sailors, the transatlantic colonization, the lives of the slaves in the ships and the maritime world in general. We were able to make a link between these two museums because time is an integral part of life at sea. The sailors used objects measuring their position and time. We then had a picnic in front of the museum. Then we went back to the observatory to admire the view of London CBD. In the afternoon we had free time in Camden. We were able to admire the colorful facades as well as the people dressed in an original way.
